Mediterranean diet, applied.

Merriam-Webster's online dictionary defines a Mediterranean diet as "a diet typical of many Mediterranean countries (as Italy and Spain) that consists mainly of cereals, grains, vegetables, beans, fruits, and nuts along with moderate amounts of fish, cheese, olive oil, and wine and little red meat."

The New York Daily News reported on their website that the Mediterranean diet is not only good for your health but a study has shown that it can be beneficial to your soul as well.  Well, what if the "Mediterranean diet" was applied to marketing.  Replace the "empty calories" and "bad fats" in your marketing "diet" with healthier alternatives.   Focus your efforts on proven strategies which will not only propel your business forward but also ensure a healthy and thriving future for your business.   Easier said than done, right?

It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day routine and push items further and further down on our to-do lists.  Many times these items such as blogs, social media, email marketing, and other essential marketing functions suffer.
